atg L&M's Flying Probe Systems feature a unique multi-rail concept, which allows test systems with up to 24 test heads. It guarantees an outstanding throughput in the final process of electrical testing, especially when combining the tester with an automated handling system.
atg L&M's Flying probe testers are developed, assembled and quality accepted at our headquarter in Wertheim in Germany. All of the software and hardware used are in the responsibility of our company. With our unique multi-head technology we reach an outstanding performance of speed and throughput in the bare board industry. Over the last years the flying probe systems are used for medium and big quantities too, saving costs for test fixtures.
The combination of automation with high throughput test systems is perfect to extend the usage of Flying Probe Testers to mid-size production/sample volumes. We offer the choice between three different automation units. Each unit has its own characteristics of throughput, flexibility and product handling. All automation units are prepared for lights out operation.
Our manual test systems provide flexible measurement technologies like Kelvin and high voltage tests in combination with low tooling costs. We offer a wide range of different systems starting from standard systems with 8 heads up to oversized systems with 24 test heads.
