The A8a Pro is an automated test system catering to the needs of the manufacturing of HDI. It combines A7 Pro technology with an fast automation with short change over times. The double shuttle automation provides maximum output especially for smaller products with short testing time. In automation mode the test area size is up to 480 mm x 420 mm. In manual mode PCB of 610 mm x 510 mm can be tested. An automatic layup table is standard to support the handling of production panel formats.
Shuttles can be driven individually for small products and synchronized as one large shuttle to provide maximum test area size. Various extensions as tension modules, label printer, automatic 2D reader and pen marker are available.
