Built on a strong foundation of data accessibility, MYIntelligence structures and analyzes manufacturing data to convert raw information into clear trends and deep learning–driven insights. This supports in-depth mask quality evaluation, improved machine stability, and informed decision-making across the production environment.

The foundational data backbone for Mycronic’s digital ecosystem. It systematically defines, collects, and records machine data, events, and activities over time—creating a reliable, centralized source of truth for advanced analytics and future optimization.

Built on a robust infrastructure with the dedicated Analytics Processing Unit APU, MYIntelligence Center securely captures data from multiple Mycronic mask writers and related systems through standardized APIs and graphical interfaces. By integrating across system components, it enables seamless data centralization for multiple machines.

Designed as a passive and reliable data collection layer, MYIntelligence Center focuses on accurate, continuous capture and storage of operational data—laying the groundwork for scalable analytics, insights, and data‑driven services across the MYIntelligence platform.

 

Analytics

Transforms collected machine data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making through advanced interpretation and analysis. It is designed to automatically evaluate complex datasets with minimal user interaction, supporting both local and remote access.

Using automated deep‑learning–based analysis, MYIntelligence Analytics delivers in‑depth understanding of mask quality, machine behaviour, and process performance. By enabling real‑time data exchange between machines, MYIntelligence Fleet supports dynamic process adjustments, and unified process control. Machines can automatically share states, outputs, and feedback—allowing parameters to be adjusted across tools based on live process conditions.
