Mycronic receives order for a mask writer and a metrology system
Mycronic AB (publ) has received an order for a Prexision Lite 8 Evo and a Prexision MMS from an existing customer in Asia. The order value is in the range of USD 12-14 million. Delivery of the Prexision Lite 8 Evo is planned during the second quarter of 2027, whereas delivery of the Prexision MMS is planned during the third quarter of 2027.
The Prexision Lite 8 Evo mask writer is designed to meet the requirements for cost-efficient production of mainstream photomasks for displays up to G8 mask size. Prexision MMS is a metrology system for quality assurance of photomasks for displays, by measuring the position of the written pattern on the photomask.
