Description
The A9XL is the latest model of our A9 product family based on our A9 test head technology with a new powerful drive technology and granite base to ensure high accuracy.
The universal shuttle system including tension option supports super large product sizes up to 48” x 26” with an active test of 47” x 24”.
The A9XL has an outstanding test speed of 25 contacts per second per test head and improved motion control with highest accuracy for advanced test functionalities like BackDrill test and active component testing.
