Micronic Mydata AB has changed name to Mycronic AB

Täby, 2 June, 2014 - Micronic Mydata AB (publ), listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, Small Cap, has changed name to Mycronic AB (publ).

The change of name, decided by the AGM 6 May, 2014, has been registered at Bolagsverket (the Swedish Companies’ Registration Office), which means the Parent Company is now named Mycronic AB. All subsidiaries across the globe will change their names to Mycronic and these procedures will start now as the Parent Company name has been registered.

“The new name strengthens our global market presence and demonstrates clarity and unification both externally and internally”, says Lena Olving, President and CEO. “We also work on building a strong brand, a solid ground for our ambition to create a profitable company with growth. The outcome will benefit our customers, employees, partners and therefore our shareholders”.

Mycronic also has a new logotype.
