Teknikföretagen visited Mycronic HQ, in Täby Sweden
Earlier this week we hosted Teknikföretagen, Sweden’s largest industry and employer organization for technology, engineering, and manufacturing companies, for a visit at Mycronic HQ in Täby, Sweden.
Together with Monica Torgrip, Program manager, Global Technologies division, Kristina Svanteson, Sustainability Manager, Corporate Office and Greger Siika, Technical Trainer, Pattern Generators division, we had the pleasure of presenting Mycronic Group, our divisions, global footprint, sustainability efforts and the technologies that support customers across a wide range of industries.
One of the highlights of the visit was the discussion around competence development, continuous learning and company culture. We appreciated the many thoughtful questions about how we encourage employees to pursue further education, take initiative and contribute to innovation across the organization. The exchange of experiences and perspectives made for particularly engaging conversations.
Visits like these are a valuable opportunity to showcase the range of technologies, products, customer segments and expertise that exist across Mycronic, while also discussing the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of Swedish industry.
Thank you for your curiosity, insightful questions and inspiring discussions. We look forward to continuing the dialogue.
