Täby, 1 March 2018 – Mycronic AB’s Nomination Committee proposes that the Annual General Meeting to be held on 8 May 2018 re-elects the sitting board members Patrik Tigerschiöld, Katarina Bonde, Ulla-Britt Fräjdin-Hellqvist and Per Holmberg. Magnus Lindquist has declined re-election.

Patrik Tigerschiöld is proposed to be re-elected as the chairman of the board. The Nomination Committee further proposes Robert Larsson and Anna Belfrage as new board members.

Robert Larsson has solid industry experience, most recently from the role as Local Division Manager for Robotics and Motion at ABB. Robert Larsson has been appointed Head of the Industry division at ÅF and member of Group management, a position he will start later this year. Robert Larsson holds a M.Sc. (Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology.

Anna Belfrage has extensive experience from work as auditor, controller, CEO and CFO, and most recently from the role as CFO at Södra Skogsägarna ek.för. Between 2014 and 2015 Anna Belfrage acted as CEO for Beijer Electronics Group. Anna Belfrage has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Lund University.

The Nomination Committee’s other proposals will be published in the notice to the Annual General Meeting.

For the 2018 Annual General Meeting, the Nomination Committee members are Nomination Committee Chairman Henrik Blomquist (Bure Equity), Thomas Ehlin (Fjärde AP-fonden), Joachim Spetz (Swedbank Robur Fonder) and Patrik Tigerschiöld (Chairman of the Board).

The Annual General Meeting will take place on 8 May 2018 in Stockholm.
